Meet Sam Eddleston
An experienced Chartered Occupational Psychologist and Leadership Coach.
I have over 30 years’ experience working with individuals and teams in a broad range of organisations, from global FMCG to retail to defence. With experience in psychometrics and assessment, I’ve worked both as a consultant and as an internal L&D specialist. I understand how HR and corporates work.
I enjoy supporting individuals to reach their potential and lead their teams more effectively. I believe in the ‘ripple effect’. If leaders are thriving, their teams will be more engaged and ultimately the business more profitable.
I’m qualified in a range of psychometric tools and coaching approaches. As a psychologist and learning professional, I am passionate about helping people to live rich and meaningful lives and to fulfil their potential. My solutions are practical and client-centered, whilst grounded in theory.
I live in Leamington Spa with my husband, teenage children and our cocker spaniel, Cooper.
Coaching style
My style has been described as ”wise and calm but focused and determined”. I love what I do and I’m privileged to work with a diverse range of clients.
