Meet Sam Eddleston
An experienced Business Psychologist and Leadership Coach.
I have over 30 years’ experience as a Chartered Psychologist, working with individuals and teams in a range of organisations, including global FMCG, retail and defence sectors.
I’ve worked in the areas of selection, assessment and psychometrics and I am passionate about team and leadership development – helping people connect with their potential and finding hidden possibilities.
I believe in the ‘ripple effect’. If leaders are thriving, their teams will be more engaged and ultimately the business more profitable.
I’m qualified in a range of psychometric tools and coaching approaches. My solutions are grounded in theory, practical and client-centered – I meet people where they are at.
I live in Leamington Spa with my husband, teenage children and our cocker spaniel, Cooper.
Coaching style
My style has been described as ”wise and calm but focused and determined”. I love what I do and I’m privileged to work with a diverse range of clients.
